How much does it cost?
For the 2018 academic year, a bedroom within an apartment costs $270 per week ($10,530 for the 39 week academic year). This price includes room, water, power, internet (up to 50GB per month) and bed linen. Residents must also provide a $810 bond, refundable at the end of the residency (as long as conditions are met).
We also offer some smaller bedrooms to residents with genuine financial need based on their own or their family circumstances for $235 per week.
You’ll find more information on the different rooms and charges in the Application Form & link to download the document or to take you to the relevant part of the website to find the form.
What do residents do for food?
There are many local supermarkets and vege markets easily accessible to our residents either by walking or by bus. Most of our residents are excellent cooks (or learn to be) often taking turns with their flat mates to cook meals. We also offer cooking classes regularly to give residents the skills to cook healthy, delicious meals on a budget.
